Jennifer Ohlinger is a PAIP Coordinator & Facilitator currently serving clients at Braden. With over eight years of experience in behavioral health and case management, Jennifer brings a strong background in crisis intervention, care coordination, and substance use treatment.
Before joining Braden, Jennifer worked at the Family Service Association of Greater Elgin Area, where she held roles including Intensive Care Coordinator, Clinical Care Coordinator, and Crisis Worker/Case Manager. Throughout her career, she has supported children, teens, young adults, and families navigating mental health crises, outpatient therapy needs, and access to community resources. Her work has included emergency department response, IM+CANS assessments, care planning, and system-wide coordination through the Pathways to Success Program.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Columbia College and an Associate’s degree in Substance Abuse Treatment from Elgin Community College. She is passionate about helping individuals and families build stability, resilience, and lasting recovery through compassionate, client-centered care.
