LSW, LCSW, LCP, OR LCPC THERAPIST

Pay: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour

Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide high-quality mental health services within a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will possess licensure as an LSW (Licensed Social Worker), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LCP (Licensed Clinical Professional), or LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor). This role offers an opportunity to deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and case management to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. The therapist will utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to support clients’ mental health and well-being while adhering to clinical ethical standards and documentation requirements. Training in TMS and Spravato will be included. Position involves 2 evenings weekly for full-time and full benefits. No billing or on-call required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to determine client needs and treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions employing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis.
  • Implement crisis management strategies to ensure client safety during acute episodes, including crisis intervention protocols for mental health emergencies.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate patient care principles, social work practices, and clinical documentation standards while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
  • Facilitate telehealth therapy sessions on-site or using secure platforms to expand access to mental health services across diverse settings.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals on medication management related to psychopharmacology when appropriate, ensuring integrated care for clients with co-occurring disorders.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with clinical ethical guidelines, ICD coding standards, and CPT coding for billing purposes.

Experience

  • Proven experience providing psychotherapy within outpatient or inpatient settings with a focus on behavioral health or mental health counseling.
  • Demonstrated expertise in working with a variety of client populations.
  • Experience managing cases involving complex diagnoses such as PTSD, chronic pain conditions, or co-occurring disorders requiring integrated treatment approaches.
  • Familiarity with hospital environments or outpatient clinics that utilize ICD-9/ICD-10 coding systems for patient assessment and medical documentation.
  • Skilled in delivering telehealth therapy services while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines.
  • Background in crisis management techniques applicable to mental health emergencies across diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of social work principles combined with experience in group therapy settings, behavior management strategies, and evidence-based practices for behavioral health improvement.

PSYCHIATRIC MENTAL HEALTH NURSE PRACTITIONER

Pay: $75.00 – $90.00 per hour

Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment modalities, with a focus on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care across diverse populations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes evidence-based practices, collaborative care, and innovative treatment approaches. The PMHNP will be responsible for managing mental health conditions, prescribing medications within legal scope, and providing education to patients and their families to promote overall well-being. This position includes providing BrainsWay Deep TMS and Spravato treatments as our office is the only practice with these treatments in our area. Full training will be provided. Full-time staff qualify for full benefit packages.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, including mental status examinations and diagnostic assessments utilizing EMR/EHR systems.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and other therapeutic modalities aligned with best practices in behavioral health.
  • Provide TMS and Spravato treatments
  • Prescribe and monitor medications while adhering to DEA regulations and CPT coding standards for billing purposes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, social workers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Provide telehealth services to expand access to mental health support across various settings, including outpatient clinics and inpatient facilities.
  • Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, medication management, and coping strategies to foster recovery and resilience.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure timely updates of medical records.

Skills

  • Experience working with diverse populations including children, geriatrics, and individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems for documentation and patient management.
  • Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology principles for prescribing medications safely within scope of practice.
  • Familiarity with clinical research methodologies related to behavioral health interventions.
  • Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and mental status evaluations.
