Cassia graduated from Northern Illinois University (NIU) in 2019 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Family and Individual Development and 2023 with a Master’s of Science in Education in Counseling. During her time at NIU she also received two certificates in Adolescences and Trauma Informed Therapy.
Cassia is passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families ages 8–59 as they navigate life’s challenges. She holds specialized certificates in Adolescent Development and Trauma-Informed Therapy, bringing both clinical knowledge and compassionate understanding to her work.
Her approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. Cassia believes that life’s struggles rarely exist in isolation; relationships, experiences, and personal history are interconnected and deserve to be explored as such. Rooted in Humanistic Therapy, she tailors each session by drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches to meet the unique needs of every client.
