Carolina Abella earned her Master of Science in Counseling with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Upper Iowa University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Psychology. She also holds an Associate of Arts and Science degree from Elgin Community College.
Carolina specializes in working with children, teens, and adults, providing individual counseling, crisis support, and collaborative care with families and community providers. She is passionate about supporting clients through life’s challenges while promoting mental health awareness and overall well-being.
Carolina brings a compassionate, supportive presence to her work and is dedicated to helping each client feel heard, understood, and empowered on their journey.
Carolina is bilingual in Spanish and English.
