Allyson Fairchild

Allyson completed her undergraduate studies at Flagler College with a dual Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology. She went on to receive a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation & Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida with a Certificate in Substance Abuse & Addictions Counseling. She is transitioning to Braden Center from the state of Florida where she has provided treatment in school settings, hospitals, and private practice.
Allyson offers therapeutic support with individualized care, encouraging clients to draw from their strengths to promote self-acceptance and resilience. She uses a person-centered approach and solution-focused interventions to guide clients through self-exploration, personal growth, and empowerment. Passionate in helping adolescents and adults work through life stressors and related issues, Allyson provides treatment for anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, depression, self-regulation, PTSD, and stress management.
