Paul Gallosa

Paul Gallosa has 5 years of experience in the helping profession working as a certified nursing assistant, supervisor at a group home, a client care representative for an employee assistance program, and a substance abuse and mental health counselor. He received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology from Northern Illinois University in 2018, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He received his Master of Science degree with a concentration in Clinical-Counseling Psychology from Illinois State University in 2021.

Paul has experience working in both residential and intensive outpatient services in the substance abuse field and has mainly worked with adolescents and adults in both group and individual contexts.

Paul utilizes person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral approaches to treatment. Paul recently obtained his 20 and 40-hour certification towards becoming a Partner Abuse Intervention Program Facilitator (PAIP).
